Support for participatory arts & media companies
The ArtsLink Network has been set up to support and promote creative companies and freelancers in Leicestershire and Rutland who run workshops and participatory arts activities within schools, businesses and the community.
Whether you are looking for a dance artist to work in your school, a music leader for a workshop or an artist to work within your youth group, ArtsLink can help you. The online directory contains over 150 artists and creative organisations from dance and drama to poetry and painting.
Visit each artists / organisation profile by clicking on the 'directory' link at the top of the page to find out more about what they can offer. If you do contact someone through the directory, please let them know that you found them through ArtsLink.
If you would like a copy of the printed brochure or would like more information about becoming a member please contact Artslink by emailing
creative@leics.gov.uk. Many resources are available on the website including a selection of resource sheets, which include a basic checklist for employing an artist, information on health and safety and a sample contract. Click on 'Information Sheets' for more.
